About You

You are a self-motivated, detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer with experience in FinTech, Crypto, and/or Blockchain industries. You have a passion for building and testing high-quality software products that are secure and resilient. You are familiar with testing decentralized financial systems and understand the importance of creating quality assurance plans for bridging traditional and decentralized systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance engineering
• Experience with fintech, crypto, and blockchain products
• Familiarity with testing web and mobile based software products
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks, particularly around ReactJS using Typescript and Golang
• Passion for software testing, designing testable software, and product excellence
• Familiarity and buy-in with Kanban or agile philosophy
• Bias towards collaboration rather than working in a silo
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Self-starter, highly organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and execute QA plans
• Develop integration tests, test scripts, and other infrastructure to help the engineering team raise the quality bar
• Collaborate with other people and work both sync and async in English
• Design and execute functional and regression testing of new features and products
• Participate in the requirements definition and test plan creation process with the engineering team
• Participate in code reviews and the design process to raise the testability and quality bar
• Communicate and report testing results to the development team and stakeholders to create a positive feedback loo
